Concrete work minimizes good improvements

The Spring Street reconstruction is almost complete.

Overall, the construction has been done well and is a huge improvement. However, there is one architectural eyesore improvement that has to be corrected at the 90-degree turn in front of the old red mill.

At this section, there is different colored concrete running in a diagonal pattern that is totally futuristic as compared to the historical mill itself.

Since this colored concrete can be seen as soon as a car enters Spring Street, the clash between old historic and new futuristic is an immediate negative that takes away all of the truly very good improvements that have been made.

Please correct this intrusion on the historical significance of the mill and Williamsville itself.
